Well-known hydraulic bending machine bending mould can only be used for plate length on the bending processing, stamping die can only be used in rush/pressure bed single mode, but if we can get the length of the bending machine machining and stamping die single effectively; For some products (such as profiles) that are processed online, this means several times more efficient production. Substantial improvement in product quality; A sharp reduction in the intensity of labor. It has an immeasurable effect on reducing production costs.

For the products processed online, most of them are punch holes. If only we could make the bending machine work in a similar way to the punch machine. Is put under bending machine mould workbench can make workbench, fixed stamping die, and as long as change the mould of the waste discharge to the back side (bottom row material for machine tool under the front board, is difficult.). The model of the bending machine is changed to the inverted "T" type pressing plate, and then the suitable tonnage of the machine tool, the opening height of the sliding block and the length of the machine tool are selected. Theoretically, the scheme is feasible.




The scheme shall make necessary adjustments to hydraulic bending machine, mould and other relevant factors:
1. Machine tool adjustment
2. The bending machine removes the upper and lower molds and the rear baffle device. To reduce the purchase cost of machine tools.
3. The bending machine also makes a sliding "T" type upper mould pressing plate, which is inverted and leveled. Main function: press the upper die, but must press the upper die stamping center.
4. The bending machine removes the lower mold table, and makes a widened and polished "U" type worktable with "T" type slot in the middle. The main function of the "U" type worktable is to restrict the front and back of the mould and make the mould slide along the length of the worktable. "T" type slot fixed mold.
5. Make one adjustable stroke block at both ends of the bending machine table. The adjustable stroke block can limit the working stroke of the mould and protect the mould.
6. Adjust the stroke switch and time relay of the bending machine to the appropriate position. The stroke of the bending machine must be slightly greater than or equal to the adjustable stroke block stroke, and the time relay must be lowered (generally less than 1s) to improve the working frequency and obtain the corresponding working pressure.
7. The air stroke height of the bending machine is mainly as short as possible.
8. Select machine tool length, machine tool slide opening height and machine tool tonnage according to profile requirements; Generally, the tonnage is greater than or equal to 40T, and the length is greater than or equal to 1500mm.

Mold adjustment
1. The die holder adopts a self-made back side die frame with a uniform size. The width of the bottom template shall be matched with the width of the "U" type worktable. It can adjust the mould according to the requirement of profile.
2. The compression spring with uniform length of the guide column jacket of the die frame will automatically spring open after stamping (mainly to solve the influence of the upper die of the mould and the slider of the bending machine cannot be connected).
3. Generally, the stamping die is mainly punched through holes, and the blanking is not good, mainly because of the existence of the front plate under the machine tool (in the middle of the u-type worktable), which is relatively difficult for the country.
4. Discharge of materials, usually with the side behind the discharge, during the working process to pay attention to the smooth discharge of materials.
5. The type pressing plate shall be close to but shall not cover the upper die guide sleeve hole. To prevent overtravel damage to the mould and the upper die tilting forward while gnawing the concave die and guide column.
6. The height of the lower mold must be consistent. That is, the uniform grinding knife mouth, in the true can not be unified, also need to use copper, paper almost flat. To prevent the workpiece from deforming because the stamping is not in the same plane.
7. The opening height should be consistent and the "T" type pressure plate should always be pressed against the template. In case the upper die is pushed open by the compression spring of the guide column and the upper die is pulled out quickly.
8. The parts shall be made into standard parts for convenient maintenance and replacement.
9. The material hole distance is relatively short, and the mold cannot be installed, so it can be used to make a one-mode porous mold, or to punch holes at different intervals.
10. Arrange the position on the platform as far as possible so that the sliding block does not tilt its foot when the machine is working, that is, the downward force center of the machine tool block must be consistent with the stamping center of the profile hole.

The production efficiency and quality of the products are improved by using the press processing method combining with hydraulic bending machine and stamping die. The requirements of personal quality, labor intensity and safety of employees are irreplaceable.
